| Changes to EEO-1 Report |

The EEOC has revised the reporting data sheets which are due on September 30 (for employers with more than 100 employees). The new survey form divides officials and managers into two levels and contains revisions to the race / ethnic categories. See www.eeoc.gov/eeo1/index.html for more information.
