Court of Appeal Revives Employee’s Claim for Denied Vacation
Although it rejected the plaintiff’s retaliation and discrimination claims, a California Court of Appeal has (in an unpublished decision) reinstated the claim of an employee who alleged that he was wrongfully deprived of vacation.  Huhs v. NRG-El Segundo Operations (2007) WL 2120974
