California Supreme Court to Review PAGA Ruling
The California Supreme Court has agreed to review a lower court ruling which held that the right to sue for wage and hour violations under the Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) could not be assigned to a third party (such as a union).  See Amalgamated Transit Union v. Superior Court (2006) 148 Cal. App. 4th 39
