McDonald’s Franchisee Settles Harassment Claims for $550,000
A settlement has been reached in a case involving a company which operates McDonald’s franchises in Arizona and California.  The claim involved a class of female employees who alleged that they were sexually harassed by a manager.  See EEOC v. GLC Restaurants  2007 WL 906710 (D. Ariz. 2007)
