Communication and Supervision Training:
Studies show that at least 80% of a supervisor's waking hours are spent in verabl communication, and most supervisors indicate that poor communication is their biggest problem.

Harassment (AB 1825) Training:
State law requires all employers with 50 or more employees to provide all supervisors with two hours of interactive training on the prevention of sexual harassment. KDG HR Solutions offers training to meet the requirements of AB 1825.
