At the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

• Describe the 10 most difficult types of behavior.
• Determine what compels people to behave the way they do. 
• Use techniques that will help you listen to understand and speak to be understood.

Ultimately, you'll have the specific strategies you need to deal with the most difficult kinds of behavior.
