In this workshop participants will explore:
• causes of conflict
• common ways people mishandle conflict
• the detrimental impact of ineffectively
expressing anger
• how to assertively resolve conflict

The ability to effectively manage the performance
of others is vital to the success of a supervisor.
This workshop teaches participants how to:
• create and communicate clear expectations
• objectively monitor performance
• effectively document performance
• provide effective feedback
• fairly appraise the performance of others
