This 3-part series provides practical tips that can be immediately implemented to improve communication in every aspect of the participants’ lives by exploring:
- what it means to communicate
- why it’s difficult to communicate
- communication styles and how they positively and negatively impact our communication with others
- how to communicate more effectively while sending and receiving messages
- the role of communication in supervision
