This 3-part series provides practical tips that can be immediately implemented to improve communication in every aspect of the participants’ lives by exploring:

  • what it means to communicate
  • why it’s difficult to communicate
  • communication styles and how they positively and negatively impact our communication with others
  • how to communicate more effectively while sending and receiving messages
  • the role of communication in supervision

Facilitated by Robin Paggi, SPHR-CA. Robin has a master’s degree in Communication Studies and has taught communication college classes and training workshops for over 15 years.
