From texting to blogging to tweeting, California employers have been left with almost no guidance on how to navigate the new "virtual frontier" and the jackpot of information that it contains.  This session will address both the benefits and risks that the wild, wild, web offers employers and will discuss such things as investigations, safety, privacy, accuracy, and off-duty conduct.  In addition, employers will be provided with suggestions for developing policies and practical tips for limiting liability.
